Yes. Foreign nationals can buy freehold properties in designated areas of Dubai such as Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Business Bay, Palm Jumeirah, and others. These properties grant 100% ownership rights.

  • Freehold: You own the property and the land it stands on outright.

  • Leasehold: You lease the property for a period (usually 30–99 years), after which ownership reverts to the freeholder.

Yes. Both residents and non-residents can apply for mortgages from UAE banks, subject to eligibility. Vantage Developments have partnered with HUPSY to assist our client for mortgages.

  • Valid passport and Emirates ID (if resident)

  • Proof of funds or mortgage pre-approval

  • Signed sales agreement (Form F/MOU)

No, Dubai does not have annual property taxes. However, owners pay a one-time registration fee and an annual service charge for building maintenance.
